It was all about me! Our session began with a discussion about my well-being. Mark focused his expertise on my specific issues. He followed the session by demonstrating specific stretches to benefit me.

On his website, Mark provides stretches to do at home. On another of his websites, Relax OKC, he posts a yoga video I have found very useful.

Good Morning Mark, I want to thank you again for a wonderful massage last evening. I was really relaxed and when I got home I counldn't stay awake to watch tv. I went to bed at 9:30 and sleep really well. Hope to see you next month.

Mark, I can't say enough good things about my massage today. I was totally relaxed and enjoyed the entire experience. My muscles are still feeling the effects of your magic hands. Before I came in, my neck was tight, my back stiff and I was wired, and you delivered just what I needed. Now I feel much better, thanks to you. Your home is immaculately clean, your massage room is perfectly designed and you are a true professional. Great job, I will be back as soon as I can.

I am very fortunate to have finally found a massage therapist who really knows how to work my very sore and tense body. Mark, that was a great experience and I want to say THANK YOU! I slept like a baby last night and my neck is free of pain. I would like to see you on a regular basis.

I am so glad that you didn't take any more time off. I missed you the month you were away. I actually went to another therapist when my back was out (big mistake, but we won't go there.). Mark, you have no idea how absolutely wonderful you are. I don't know what my body would be like if you weren't around. Thanks for the wonderful bodywork that you do.

I finally e mailed Mark to set up my first appointment with him. I have seen his ad around for a long time...thank god I listened to my gut and made that appointment. Mark was top notch all the way. From the moment that I entered his beautiful home to the time I walked out his door; this was heaven. I have been needing some time to just relax and be pampered for a bit after this retail hell we call the holiday season. If you ever need a massage and body work session that raises the bar for massage, call Mark. You'll be glad you did.

Mark, thank you for the wonderful bodywork session. I plan on seeing you on a regular basis...if you'll have me. Thank you again for making me feel special. You are amazing!

I had my first experience with Mark's wonderfully talented hands last week and I'm still on cloud 9. Mark, thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to be in the presence of such a wonderful artist. Your massage is like a dance that I had never before danced. I will contact you the next time I am visiting OKC. It might be worth the trip just for the massage.

I have been going to Mark for over a year now. I actually didn't know that there was a place on his website for reviews until today. (Sorry, Mark)

Mark has made a huge impact in my life. Not only has he helped me with my chronic back pain, but he has helped me bring balance to my life. I value his knowledge and wisdom so much that I also started using him as my life coach two months ago. He doesn't let me have a pity party. He is working with me (successfully, I might add) to keep me on a path of happiness, joy and success. I know that God must have put him in my life for more than one reason. I highly recommend him for not only his bodywork and coaching skills, but as a friend as well. See you next Saturday, Mark.

I can speak VERY highly of Mark's bodywork. I travel all over the country for my work, and I can testify that Mark's massages have been the most professional and relaxing of any of the numerous massages I have had. He has an extremely clean and tranquil massage setting. He uses multiple massage techniques that provide the right relief to the right muscles every time. When someone asks me who to get a massage from, I only recommend Mark. Keep making a difference, Mark!

I finally made an appointment with Mark after seeing his ad time and time again. I was nervous about having my first massage. I'm glad I chose Mark to be the one to "break me in". He was very good and very professional. He instructed me on different ways to stay free from pain. I'm going to see Mark on a weekly basis. I definitely recommend him for anyone dealing with chronic pain or just the need to relax and enjoy life a little.

I have actually been going to Mark for about a year now. I don't know what's taken me so long to put a review of him on his site, but today I really felt the need to thank him for all that he does for me. I work out a lot and have a very stressful life with work and family stuff. Mark really takes the time to relax and invigorate my muscles and puts me in the most peaceful and relaxed place that I have ever experienced. Mark is more than just a massage therapist...he is truly gifted. Oh, and I love the new look. I thought his home was exquisite before the changes, but WOW!

I was greeted at the door with a friendly hello and welcome smile.
Then Mark had us sit down to talk a bit about this being my first massage. I was nervous, however Mark helped to calm me with the short talk we had. He then led me to the massage room and explained to me what I needed to do and then to get on the table. The room was dimly lit, which gave to the atmosphere of the room. The music that was playing was soothing and calming as well.

Mark said when he was going to start the massage and then asked me at certain intervals to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed, which I was. I felt very calm from the moment Mark began the massage. I felt I was in very capable hands.

Mark also explained that he was giving me a mixture of massage techniques so as to let me experience them all so that I could later pick which ones I liked best.
After the massage he let me know about the shower so that I could wash off the oil. He warmed the water for me and showed me where everything was. When I finished Mark was waiting for me with a bottle of water, which I found to be very considerate.
We chatted a bit more for him to figure out if I liked the massage and if I might be coming back. The answer to both of those was a resounding yes.
When I was done dressing he returned and I told him that I would absolutely be coming back. He then wished me a great evening.

The entire experience was wonderful and very relaxing. I would tell anyone who ever needed a massage and some time to relax and be calm to visit with Mark. I highly recommend him.

Man oh man! I haven’t been that relaxed in a LONG time. This was my first session with Mark.

From the moment that I entered his beautifully decorated home I was at ease. He intuitively saw that I was nervous and he sat and talked to me for a few minutes before we entered the massage room. He asked me questions about my health and if I had any injuries that he needed to be concerned about. I was just needing some ME time because this has been a very stressful month ( I work retail).

The massage was incredible. Each stroke of his highly skilled hands made me just melt to the table. It was almost like a dance. His strokes seem to go with the flow of his music. At one point he got up on the table and used his knees somehow to smooth the muscles in my back. This was amazing. You can definitely tell that he has had diverse training in his art.

I just had my third visit with Mark. He is amazing. His house and the room where he does massage is spotlessly clean. There is a shower available following massage.

I have been comfortable from the moment I met Mark. He is very endearing. You could not ask for a better massage or a nicer man. He puts his entire being into your massage. He never appears rushed. I drive 1 1/2 hour each way for his work.

This was my first massage and I was uncomfortable and not sure what to expect, Mark put me quickly at ease and explained everything and I quickly felt like I was in good hands.

The thing is though, good hands would not do justice in describing Mark. He made me feel like a new man! I have been sore and tense for over a week and when I left I felt awesome and rejuvenated. I was so relaxed that when I got home I feel asleep almost instantly.

Thank you Mark. I definitely will be back.

Well let me just say first, I am really glad that you put a reviews page on your site so that we can tell the world what a great massage therapist you are.

I have been going to Mark for over 3 years now and could not imagine life without getting a Relax with Mark massage at least once a month. He has become a great friend and confidant in the past years. I am turning 40 next month and I’m sure that if Mark were not working on me I would probably feel my age.

WOW! I have been getting massages from different therapists for years and never felt like this before. Mark’s techniques are definitely first class. He uses his whole body somehow to release and relax every muscle in my aching back and neck. One of my favorite things about this whole experience is the sensation of being totally relaxed, both physically and mentally.

I work out a lot and get very tight and sore. Mark did a great job at fixing this for me.

His “energy work” done at the end of the session totally made me feel at peace. Thanks Mark. I’ll be back soon.

p.s. Thanks for taking me to a place that I have desired for so long.
