


This is the most invigorating type of massage. It is a session of full body stretches. Stretching is useful in both injury prevention and injury treatment and relieving decreases in range of motion and mobility due to pain and discomfort generated by tight, inflexible muscles.
A Physically intensive session involving passively stretching the client to improve flexibility. This session emphasizes the importance of keeping the muscles elastic, pliable and in the best state of health in order to avoid unnecessary injuries and strains. This is a great technique for the athletic client and is a terrific adjunct to sports massage.
